Our Story

The Rosart Family

Inventors. Entrepreneurs. Believers in doing the right thing — not because society says so, but because it's what we feel in our hearts.

Who We Are

Built by People Who've Lived It

We're not a Silicon Valley startup with a pitch deck and a pool table. We're a husband and wife from San Francisco who have spent our lives turning hard experiences into things that help people. I'm a self-taught inventor and serial entrepreneur. My wife Jenny is my partner in everything — in life, in this company, and in the belief that ordinary people deserve extraordinary protection.

My last project was Ready Rover — a harness and leash combination I designed for older dog owners and people with mobility challenges. It came from watching my own dog battle cancer and thinking about how hard it must be for people who struggle to get their pets clipped in safely. That's how my mind works: I see a gap, I feel the pain behind it, and I build something.

Digital Heritage was born the same way. From real pain. My wife Jenny lost her mother while they were going through one of the hardest seasons of their lives. They were homeless at the time. When her mother passed, Jenny couldn't be there. She never got her ashes. That grief doesn't go away. It sits with you. And it made us ask: how many other families are going through this right now, with no plan, no protection, and no one in their corner?

We've both lived hard lives. We've faced things that could have broken us, and we chose — every single time — to stay positive, stay grateful, and keep moving. Not because someone told us to. Because we genuinely believe that this life is too short and too precious to spend it any other way.

We're not doing this to get rich. We're doing this to get it right. Digital Heritage is for Jenny. For your family. For the average person who deserves the same peace of mind as anyone else.

Our Pledge

The Dignity Fund

Jenny's mother passed away while they were homeless. Jenny couldn't be there. She never got her ashes. That loss — compounded by poverty — is something no family should ever face alone.

So we made a pledge. 5% of every dollar Digital Heritage earns — from this campaign and forever forward — goes directly to the Dignity Fund. When a family can't afford to bury their loved one, we pay the funeral home. No overhead. No admin fees. 100% to the families who need it. This isn't a campaign feature. It's a permanent commitment for the life of this company.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

Not written by a marketing team. Written by two people who mean every word.

People Before Profit

We didn't build Digital Heritage to get rich. We built it because we've lived the alternative — the grief, the chaos, the things left unsaid. Every decision we make starts with one question: does this help families?

Equal Access

Estate planning has always been a privilege of the wealthy. We believe every family — regardless of income — deserves the same peace of mind. Digital Heritage is priced for the rest of us, not the one percent.

Radical Honesty

We will never hide behind corporate language or fine print. If something changes, you hear it from us first. If we make a mistake, we own it. Trust is the only currency that matters here.

Community Over Competition

We're not trying to beat anyone. We're trying to build something that lifts people up. That includes our backers, our users, the families we help through the Dignity Fund, and every partner we work with.

Invention With Purpose

We're inventors and entrepreneurs at heart — but we only build things that solve real problems. Ready Rover came from watching a dog suffer. Digital Heritage came from watching a family grieve. Purpose drives everything we create.

The Long Game

We're not a startup chasing an exit. We're a family building a company we want to exist in 20 years. That means making decisions that are right for the long term, even when the short-term path is easier.

Our Mission
"To make sure no family ever faces loss without a plan — and no family ever faces grief without support."

We're leveling the playing field. Estate planning, legacy protection, end-of-life preparation — these things have always been reserved for people with money and lawyers. We're changing that. Digital Heritage is for everyone. For the average person who deserves the same peace of mind as anyone else.
